Service Description
Start the month with clarity, purpose, and focused energy. This in-person group Reiki session is designed to help you release distractions, strengthen your intentions, and align your mind, body, and spirit with the goals and opportunities ahead. Through guided intention-setting and Reiki energy healing, participants will create space for greater focus, motivation, and alignment throughout the month.

Cancellation Policy
To support clarity, safety, and mutual respect across all wellness offerings, the following policies apply to all services, classes, workshops, and community programs facilitated by Harmony Health Wellness Services. 1. No Refunds All bookings are final. Harmony Health does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any scheduled service, regardless of attendance or participation. This ensures respect for the time, preparation, and emotional labor invested in each session. 2. Class Minimums & Cancellations Some classes and group offerings require a minimum number of participants to run. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, Harmony Health reserves the right to cancel the class. In the event Harmony Health cancels due to low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund for that specific class. Participants will be notified within 3 days if a cancellation is necessary. This is the only circumstance in which refunds are issued. 3. Voluntary Participation All participants engage in services at their own free will. By booking a service, participants acknowledge that: They choose to participate voluntarily They may opt out of any activity at any time They are responsible for monitoring their own physical, emotional, and mental boundaries Harmony Health encourages participants to honor their personal limits and communicate needs as they arise. 4. Assumption of Responsibility By participating in any Harmony Health service, individuals agree that: Harmony Health Wellness Services, its facilitators, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any adverse events, accidents, injuries, or unexpected outcomes that may occur during or after participation Participants assume full responsibility for their own well‑being, choices, and actions throughout the service This includes physical movement, emotional processing, mindfulness practices, and experiential activities. 5. Safety & Self‑Care Participants agree to: Engage in practices that feel safe and appropriate for their bodies Inform facilitators of any concerns or limitations when relevant Seek medical or mental health support outside the session when needed Harmony Health’s services are supportive and wellness‑oriented but not a substitute for medical or emergency care. 6. Agreement to Terms By completing a booking, participants confirm that they: Have read and understood this policy Agree to all terms listed Release Harmony Health Wellness Services and its facilities
