Harmony Health, PLLC Therapeutic Services [Harmony Health] is a behavioral health practice created to improve the mental health and overall well-being of those served. Harmony Health, PLLC Therapeutic Services’ mission is “To improve the quality of life for families through a holistic approach in mental and emotional wellness”.
Harmony Health Therapeutic Services’ philosophy is to recognize the client and natural supports as the experts. Our clinicians are professionals and serve as a guide and resource for the family as we partner on your healing journey. Harmony Health is both trauma-informed and healing centered. We believe in advocating for those we serve. Our perception is that families are not broken but are missing pieces to their puzzle. Harmony Health’s goal is to help them put the pieces back together again. Harmony Health’s staff is trained in the agency’s practices, philosophy, confidentiality policies and practices. At Harmony Health, the culture is client centered. Our focus is on psycho-education as well as treatment, support and connecting to needed resources.
Isis Bey, LCSW, TFCBT, NTCC II
Certified Trauma Clinician
A Master’s Level Clinician, Ms. Bey completed her education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. She has over 15 years experience working with children and families. Ms. Bey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the North Carolina Social Work Licensing Board. She is Nationally Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [TF-CBT]. Her experience in the clinical field includes but is not limited to: Crisis Intervention, Assessment, Individual, Group and Couple’s Counseling. She also has practice experience using Mindfulness, Spiritual Social Work, Drumming and Dance as a therapeutic tool. Additional social work experience includes advocacy, child welfare, parent education, gang intervention, human trafficking, and interpersonal violence.
Ms. Bey offers treatment through an Eclectic Humanistic Approach. This is a person-centered, strength’s based approach. The belief is that the client is the expert of his or her life experiences. Ms. Bey is a guide and coach in the treatment process, offering tools, resources, skills and techniques to assist the individual in the healing process. Ms. Bey uses treatment modalities that are trauma informed and evidenced based. Ms. Bey loves spending time with her family and traveling.
Jasmine Scott, LPCA, LCASA
Ms. Scott completed her education at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. Ms. Scott utilizes an Eclectic Humanistic Approach which is a person-centered, strength’s based approach. She has over 8 years of experience in the Mental Health field working with children, adolescents, adults and families in Community, School Based, Girls Residential Treatment Centers and Outpatient Therapy settings. Ms. Scott also has experience working clients who are survivors of Human Trafficking, trauma, abuse and domestic violence. Her experience in the clinical field includes but is not limited to Assessment, Crisis Intervention and de-escalation, Case management Trauma Informed Care, Individual, Group, Family and Substance Abuse Counseling. She also has experience utilizing Mindfulness and Guided Meditation. Ms. Scott loves working with children, adolescents and adults and especially enjoys helping client’s build their self-esteem, love for self and using interventions to empower clients. She works often with Mood Disorders, Life Transitions, Depression, Anxiety and Women's Issues.
Natasha Rogers, LCSWA
Mrs. Rogers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. Mrs. Rogers completed her MSW education at Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and families. Her experience in the clinical field includes, but not limited to Crisis Intervention, Assessment, Families, Group, and Individual Counseling. Mrs. Rogers’ passion is connecting children and families to services and resources that meet their needs. Mrs. Rogers joins Harmony Health with the love for assisting others. Mrs. Rogers loves spending time with her family, going on vacation, and shopping.
Alexis"Lexi" Thornberg, LCSWA
She has over ten years of experience working in the mental health field working primarily with trauma survivors including survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience in the field includes, but is not limited to: individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and community outreach. She uses a person-centered approach in treatment. She believes each person is different and unique and everyone comes to therapy for a different reason. She enjoys being a foster parent and helping others.
Antonio Covington, LCSWA
Mr. Covington graduated with his Master's of Social Work from Johnson C. Smith University. His experience includes working with individuals and families facing trauma and substance abuse-related issues, case management, and group facilitation. His therapeutic style is primarily based on a holistic approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, he is an advocate for fair housing practices and employment rights for individuals transitioning back into society after being incarcerated.
